The Hotel is near Lurisia , Artesina, Frabosa and Prato Nevoso's ski slopes , reachable in a few minutes drive. Close to the Hotel Edelweiss Vicoforte there are as well Lurisia's thermal facilities and the Safari Park of Murazzano.

The Hotel is situated in the Langhe Monregalesi (Cuneo), a land of extraordinary scenery and panoramic variation, ideal for cycling.

Infact Cuneo area is a suitable area for cycling, motorcycling, bikers, hiking and trekking.

Two of the most important itineraries are the ones that go from Frabosa Sottana to Prato Nevoso and from Narzole to Vicoforte.

Hotel Edelweiss is also situated in the middle of many important hiking and trekking paths which are used by heedful hikers searching for uncontaminated green areas and fascinating landscapes such as the paths that lead to the lakes of Brignola – Raschera.

For adults and children pony and horse rides are organized around the hills of Vicoforte as well.

Not far from the Hotel there are two amusements parks, called Pratolandia and Frabolandia, where there are snow tubes, snow parks ideal for children’s fun and bungee jumping, snow karts, ski conveyor belt to come up etc… ideal for adults’ entertainement.

During the summer time it is also possible to enjoy oneself by going to Artesina & Prato Nevoso  and having a ride on the summer bob! Infact during the summer Artesina and Prato Nevoso’s ski slopes are turned into amusing attraction such as mountain bike or bob paths.

Mondolè Ski Artesina

Located at the foot of Mount Mondolè at 1,300 m a.s.l., Artesina is part of the Mondolè Ski and includes 65 km of slopes and 14 lift facilities. Moreover all crosscountry lovers will find a 4 km long trail at a height of 1,800 m.

Mondolè Ski Prato Nevoso

Prato Nevoso(1,500 m a.s.l.) is part of the Mondolè ski.It offers 21 mainly easy and medium ski slopes and 11 lift facilities, connected to Artesina and Frabosa Soprana, which reach an altitude of 2.000 m.

Ski lovers will find two slopes and snowboard park provided with lighting system, a crosscountry trail, an ice rink, snowmobiles, a ski school and a playground called Pratolandia.

Mondolè Ski Frabosa Soprana

7 lift facilities and 40 km of slopes characterise this ski resort located at the foot of Mount Moro and connected to the Mondolè ski. Do not miss a visit to the Bossea Grotto and to the Folk Museum in Fontane.

Every year at Mondovì from the 06 to the 9th January there is the International Mongolfier Meeting
